A Classic French dessert of white cake soaked with coffee

mousse. A dark chocolate ganache covers this square shaped
dessert with a touch of gold leafing on top.
Chocolate Raspberry Marquise
A cylinder of dark chocolate genoise sponge cake filled
with a
rich dark chocolate mousse and a surprise raspberry cream
center. Garnished with a fresh raspberry and a shard of
gold speckled chocolate.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Sensation
A cylinder shaped dessert of chocolate genoise cake filled
with a
dark chocolate mousse and a creamy peanut butter center.
Three chocolate kisses with peanut pieces serves as a

Bagatelle
White cake with sliced strawberry visible to the
outside of this round dessert. Filled with a vanilla cream
and topped with a half of a glazed strawberry.
Strawberry Exquisite
White cakes sandwiching whole fresh strawberries and a
vanilla bean cream. A half dome shape dusted with powdered
sugar.
