The Perfect Root Beer Float
1 Bottle of IBC
1 Pint of Mitchells Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Soda Fountain Glass
1 Long Straw
1 Long Dessert Spoon
Fill your chilled soda glass 3/4 full of Root Beer
Slowly add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass.
Drizzle a small amount of Root Beer on top of the ice cream. This will turn to foam and Keep pouring until your glass is full! Enjoy!

How the Weekly Special Works!
These menus are priced affordably ($14.95 for hot buffet days $13.95 for cold lunch day), with the intent that you add your guest count to the day's production. Changes are subject to price increases, and depending on the guest count, we might need to make changes to the dessert.
Here are your ordering guidelines and cut-offs:
Your order must be in 24 hours before the day of your chosen menu.
We try to be as flexible as we can, since we know some of you don't get much notice. It never hurts to call to see how we may help if you're in a pinch.
