We provide personalized catering services for stylish events large and small.
Nico Martin's focus is combining fresh ingredients to create healthy, delicious meals.
We deliver corporate buffet lunches daily across the San Francisco peninsula including some of South City's biotech, Silicon Valley's most prominent companies and financial & law institutions in San Francisco's Financial District. We also produce elegant private events from fundraisers to birthdays and weddings.
Nico Martin was born in Argentina, grew up in Brazil and also lived and worked in Asia and Europe before honing his skills in such local restaurants as La Folie, Rubicon and Bix.

Corporate Agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to clarify the understanding between Client & Nico Martin Presents (NMP) regarding cancellation policy, delivery confirmation, equipment loss and billing details for drop-off deliveries. In no way is this a contract of service tenure.
NMP requires a minimum of 24hrs notice for any canceled function where NMP's services are contracted. In the case of a larger event 50 or more, 48hrs is required. If cancellation occurs with less than the required notice, Client agrees to pay for costs incurred (purchases & time invested), or the full amount if all purchases are made & prep done.
NMP confirms event details the day prior to ensure delivery details have not changed. NMP takes travel time, traffic conditions, weather conditions and parking access into consideration when planning logistics & dispatching deliveries, however other factors that NMP has no control over may impede estimated progress. In the event NMP is caught behind schedule it will contact Client as soon as feasible to give the best estimated new arrival time. We are proud of our punctual record.
NMP serves food in/on its own platters & equipment, which it will retrieve at a predetermined pickup time set by the Client. If any equipment is missing or damaged from our delivered inventory, Client will have 5 days to locate said equipment or it agrees to pay for the replacement of the equipment missing. Same applies to any rental equipment (plates, flatware, glasses, linen, etc.)
NMP will invoice Client after the event, in order to take into account any last minute changes adjustments. The Client agrees to pay the approved estimate (with all last minute changes authorized by client) in the shortest time possible, not to exceed regular corporate accounting standards of 30 days. NMP accepts checks and all major credit card as form of payment (convenience charge will apply to credit charges). Due to the ever increasing costs, NMP will implement a 15% surcharge to its orders.
NMP personnel will be courteous, informative, clean cut, well groomed and uniformed in our white polo shirts displaying our logo. They are expected to make the delivery as pre arranged, if any additional setup is required, please communicate this upon placing the order so we can include this into the delivery schedule planning.
